This is the amazing stuff that is used to insulate and protect any board work using microjumpers from making electrical contact with other components on the board. It can also be used to mask exposed ground--for example, when braiding pads under a chip or removing underfill if the native solder mask is rubbed off and exposes ground, this uv curable paint can be used to reapply the mask to prevent the new chip/connector from making contact with ground. It is heat resistant. Apply a small amount using a toothpick, then cure in with UV light. We also sell a UV light to cure the UV oil mask.
